Brown Rice Peach Crisp



Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) Cooked brown rice
29 Ounce(s) Canned peach slices
1/2 Cup(s) Honey, divided
1/2 Cup(s) All-purpose flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Ground nutmeg
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
1/3 Cup(s) Chopped walnuts
Directions: Combine rice, peaches, and 1/4 cup honey in greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Combine flour and spices in a small bowl, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle flour mixture over rice, drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup honey. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
