Directions: Prepare rice according to package directions.
While rice is cooking, lay tortillas on a flat surface. Equally divide cream cheese on tortillas, spread. Top with equal amounts of rice, spreading on top of cream cheese. To each tortilla, add equal amounts of fruit and granola. Drizzle with honey. Roll tortilla. Wrap tortilla in butcher paper or foil.
Notes: "Rice holds the 'wrap' together and serves as the base to which a variety of ingredients can be added. Just start with a flour tortilla, fill it with a mixture of flavored rice and your choice of meat, poultry or seafood, then layer on your favorite vegetables."

In a medium size oven baking dish combine rice, beef consomme, French
onion soup Smoked mackerel with nuts, grapes & brown rice Cook the rice in double its volume of fast boiling salted water. Refresh
it and dress it with 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil and plenty
of salt and pepper. Stir in the nuts and 5-6 tablespoons chopped mint or
watercress. (Waterc Wild-for-you-rice pilaf In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add wild rice and
reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes, or until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add pine nuts and cook
4 to Cajun red beans and rice Rinse beans & drain well. Cook in 5 cups of water for 50 minutes or until
tender, with the bay leaves.
Add onion, thyme, garlic, parsley, green pepper & salt to pot, simmer over
medium low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Add miso & sim Red beans and rice #4 In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings. Add rice,
beans and ham; cook over medium heat. Stir in approximately 1/4 cup
water or liquid from beans. Cook until heated through.
