Ingredients:
3 Brown rice, cooked
1 Frozen green peas
2 Cooked chicken breast halves
1/2 Mayonnaise
1/3 Slivered almonds, toasted
2 Soy sauce
1/4 Black pepper, gro
1/4 Garlic powder
1/4 Dried tarragon
Directions:
Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce, and seasonings in bowl. Transfer to a 3 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
