Brown rice amaranth bread Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
Brown rice dressing Combine rice, broth, and salt in 3-quart pan. Heat to boiling. Stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Cook onions, celery and garlic in butter until tender, stir into cooked rice. Add seasoning.

Brown rice jambalaya I seem to remember you being involved in a conversation about brown
rice a few months back... Here's something that you might find
interesting.
Put ham or bacon in a 4-quart soup kettle and cook over low heat
until fat is rendered. In Brown lentil and pasta soup Place the bacon in a large skillet together with the onions, garlic, and
celery. Dry fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring until onion is tender and the
bacon is just begining to brown. Add the pasta to the skillet and cook,
