Broiled Walleye Pike



Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Walleye pike fillets
1/4 Cup(s) Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1 Tablespoon(s) Chopped parsley
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Thyme
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions: Place fillets in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non stick coating. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over fillets. Cover & marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Broil approximately 4-6" from source of heat for 8-10 minutes.
