Directions: 1. In blender, combine all sauce ingredients, blend on high speed until
well mixed. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice, mix well. Brush
butter mixture over snapper fillets. If desired, sprinkle fillets with salt
and pepper. Place fillets on broiler pan, skin side down.
3. Broil 4 to 6 inches for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with
fork. Serve cilantro sauce with snapper fillets.
