Wild salmon with beurre blanc nantais To make the beurre blanc, place the shallots, vinegar and wine in a pan and reduce until there is almost no liquid left.

3 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon, c Caramelised lime salmon Cut the fish into large pieces. Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the oil and fish and cook for 1 minute on each side or until brown and sealed. Reduce heat to medium (5 on our stove). large bowl. Mix in tomatoes, olives, o Broiled lamb steaks Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt. Combine bouillon, lemon juice &
horseradish, pour over lamb. Chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove meat, reserved stock. Broil 3-4" from heat. Cook 5-7 minutes.
Turn, cook 5-7 minutes longer, brushi Broiled deviled tomatoes In bowl, combine garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add oil,
