1/4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder

2 medium Potatoes, diagonally sliced
1/4 Cup(s) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions: Stir together margarine or butter, basil, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Place potato slices in a single layer on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Brush margarine mixture over both sides of potato slices. Broil about 5-inches from the heat for 8 to 9 minutes until potatoes begin to brown. Turn potatoes, using a wide spatula. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
