In the Republic of Georgia, basturma is a sort of shish kebab (Elsewhere in
the Near East, the term refers to spiced dried meat and is etymo Broiled chicken with tequila and lime Preheat the broiler. Pound the breasts lightly to flatten evenly. In a
medium bowl, combine the tequila, honey, zest and juice and ground cumin.
Stir to mix well. Add the chicken and turn several times until the chicken
is well-coated with the ma Broiled oriental swordfish Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger and garlic in a bowl.
MArinate swordfish in the mixture for 1 hour in refrigerator, turning
occasionally. Remove from marinade and scrape off any ginger or garlic that
may cling. Strain marinade, r Broiled parmesan zucchini Cut zucchini lengthwise into halves; place cut sides up on rack in a
broiler pan. Brush with oil; sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, and

Broiled pork chops In a saucepan combine the first 9 ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce
heat, simmer 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Set aside half the sauce. Place
chops on broiling pan rack. Broil about 4" from the heat for 4 mins on each
side. Brush with re Lamb stewed in coconut milk Put the oil in a pressure cooker and set overmedium-hight heat. When the
oil is hot, put in the curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and
peppercorns. Stir once and put in the onion. Saute for 1 1/2 minutes or
until the onion is soft, and put Lamb marinade and barbecue Mix ingredients together. Marinate butterflied lamb roast overnight,
basting as needed. Cook over hot grill, baste as needed. Best served medium
to rare. Makes enough marinade for about 6-8lbs of lamb.
This is Lois' recipe and is our annua Swordfish steaks with oil and lemon sauce 1. Preheat the broiler, or prepare charcoal for grilling. 2. Combine
the lemon juice and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Blend well, then
gradually add the oil while stirring with a whisk. Add a generous
amount of black pepper. This sauce is kn Broiled ginger beef strips Combine soy sauce, oil, water, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl
for the marinade. Partially freeze steak to firm, slice diagonally across
grain into 1/8-inch thick strips. Place beef strips in a plastic bag or in
