large pocket. With sharp knife, cut down through thinnest side of
pocket & spread leg flat, fat side down, in large shallow baking
dish. Mix oil, grapefruit concentrate, sa Broiled potato skins Prick Potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape. Bake potatoes in 425F oven until tender, about 1 hour. Cool slightly. Cut each potatoe lengthwise into halves, scoop out insides, leaving a 3/8 inch shell. Spread inside of shells with margarine or butt Afrikander lamb chops (south africa) combine tomato sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, onion, mustard, and

Broiled beef liver I love liver. One of my favorite ways to prepare it is broiling. I place
the liver on the broiler pan, cover it with bottled french dressing and
broil about three minutes. Turn it over, cover with more dressing, and
broil another three minutes.
Broiled grapefruit Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post
lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I

Cut me Broiled marinated tofu sandwich (mf) Cut tofu into 1-inch thick slices. Drain. Set them on a sheet, cover with
another baking pan or cookie sheet and weight down with something heavy;
drain for at least 1/2 hour to remove excess water.
In a small cast iron skillet toast cumin, chili Broiled beef (yakiniku) Combine sesame seeds, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar
into a marinade. Marinate meat for one hour. Cook over charcoal, on a
griddle or under a broiler. Dip veggies in marinade and grill. Serve
immediately.

for 10-15 minutes. Serve with mint sauce.
One pot dinner Brown meat in skillet; drain off fat and put beef in crock pot. Brown bacon and onions; drain off fat. Add bacon and onions and remaining ingredients to crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 4 to 9 hours.
