Directions: Combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add salmon to
bag, seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes. Remove salmon from bag;
discard marinade. Arrange salmon on a broiler rack coated with cooking
spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 8 minute or until fish flakes
easily when tested with a fork.
