3 sandwich buns or rolls;
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) pepper
3 Tablespoon(s) mustard; prepared
2/3 Cup(s) milk; evaporated
3 Tablespoon(s) onion; grated
1 Cup(s) green bell pepper; chopped
2 Cup(s) cheddar; sharp, shredded
8 eggs; lg,hardcooked, chopped
Directions: The buns or rolls should be split, toasted and buttered. Combine the eggs, cheddar, green pepper, onion, evaporated milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Spread each bun with about 1/4 cup of the egg mixture. Broil about 5 inches from the heat source until hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
