Wild herbed rice In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown rice, wild
rice, onion, and celery and saute for approximately 5 minutes or until
onion and celery are tender. Add mushrooms, chicken broth, parsley,
salt, thyme, and pepper. (Add pec Broccoli quiche Heat oven to 350°.
Combine eggs, half-and-half, onion, salt, and thyme; set aside.
Layer broccoli and cheese in pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over broccoli and cheese.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Co Chicken breast with broccoli Cook chicken breasts, covered, for 1 hour with butter (margarine) salt and
pepper. Chill and bone. Cook broccoli until tender. Place broccoli
across greased 2-quart dish. Add bone chicken breasts. Add soup mixed
