Directions: 1. Place bacon in a large, deep, skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and rinse under cold water.
3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, suger and vinegar to make the dressing.
4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, tortellini, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds and red onion. Pour dressing over salad, and toss.

Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan, bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat, simmer until sauce is consistency of maple syrup, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
My personal preference is to half the soy sauce, water and honey or brn. sugar Broccoli with mustard sauce In a small heavy saucepan combine egg yolks, water, mustard, vinegar,
sugar, and seasoned salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
about 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat.
Blend in the garlic. Cool mixture thoroughly Potato salad (prodigy) COVER POTATOES IN PAN with cold water and bring to boil over high heat.
Cook until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, thinly slice mushrooms, onions
and celery and combine in mixing bowl. When potatoes are tender, drain and
halve or quarter potato Sweet potato salad Peel and slice sweet potatoes and place in a small bowl. Add remaining
ingredients; toss lightly. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
Fiesta corn salad Combine all ingredients; chill several hours before serving. If planning to store this salad for any length of time, omit the cucumber, as it will become watery. Instead, substitute more tomato and celery for the cucumber.

Cut the knockwurst into small cubes. Mince the pickles and onion. Mix together the vinegar, mustard and oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.

Turkey broccoli casserole Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Layer in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Spread turkey evenly on top.
Combine soup with milk, mix until smooth and pour over turkey. Sprinkle
grated cheese on top.

Roasted corn and shrimp salad Get your grill warm or preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
In a non-stick pan with a little oil cook the shrimp until pink and firm. Remove the shrimp from the pan to a plate covered with paper towels and let them rest until cool. Serve immediatel Vietnamese grilled squid salad Prepare the grill or heat a grill pan on the stovetop. In a small bowl
combine the chili powder, cayenne, ginger, coriander, salt and pepper. Rub
the squid bodies and tentacles with the spice mixture. Place the squid

chicken into strips. Mushrooms should be oyster or shittake, sliced
or left whole, depending on the type. Heat the oil in a heavy pot.
California brown rice salad (vegan) Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1/4 cup liquid; save
remainder for other uses. Cook rice according to
package directions; chill thoroughly. Toss rice with
fruit cocktail, tomato, celery and green onions.
Combine reserved fruit cocktail liqu Molded turkey-pineapple salad Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice. Let sit for 5
minutes. Boil the chicken broth and pour it over the gelatin. Stir
to dissolve. Add the remaining cup of pineapple juice and chill until
thickened.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining Broccoli with herbed mushrooms Cut broccoli stalks lengthwise into thin spears. Place steamer basket in
