Directions: 1. Cook, drain and combine broccoli and cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly. 2. Place one #20 scoop filling on warmed flour tortilla. Fold envelop style. Secure with toothpick if necessary. 3. Deep fry at 350F 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well. These can be made ahead and frozen. If frozen, fry at 340F 7-8 minutes. Makes 4 servings of two rolls each.
