Directions: 1. Cook, drain and combine broccoli and cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place one #20 scoop filling on warmed flour tortilla. Fold envelop style.
Secure with toothpick if necessary.
3. Deep fry at 350F 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well.
These can be made ahead and frozen. If frozen, fry at 340F 7-8 minutes.
Makes 4 servings of two rolls each.
Variation: Use mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots and onions, etc.)

2 tablespoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons shortening
3 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
4 1/2 cups flour

Sprinkle ham, cheese, sauteed onion in 2 lightly greased 9-inch pie pans.
Combine eggs, milk, baking mix and pepper.
