Broccoli and Asparagus Quiche



Ingredients:
1 Ounce(s) to taste salt
1/4 chopped orange or yellow red bell pepper
2 Slice(s) strips bacon
3/4 grated cheddar cheese old
2 chopped green onion
1/4 chopped white onion
1/2 chopped celery
1 1inch lengths asparagus
1 raw small pieces broccoli
1 Ounce(s) to taste black pepper
Directions: Combine ingredients except eggs and reserve 1/4 cup of the cheese and green onions. Lightly beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Coat ingredients with egg and season with salt & pepper. Lightly grease a 8" casserole and add mixture. Cook at 325F for 35-45 minutes until middle is no longer liquid. Quiche will rise slightly so let cool slowly to prevent falling. Before serving add the cheese and green onions you reserved and sprinkle fresh ground pepper. Quiche should be served quite warm but not piping hot. Notes: This is really a basic recipe for Quiche that has worked for me. Try your own variations.
