This is a useful side dish to have on a cold wintry night wh Lentil stuffed peppers Rinse lentils & soak for 30 minutes. Heat half oil in skillet. Add
peppers & cook for 3 to 5 minutes till golden brown. Drain & cool. Add
remaining oil to pan. Cook cumin till they begin to pop. Add onions &
chilies & Fred goslin's stuffed mushrooms 1) Wash mushrooms... Remove the stems and chop them fine...
Place the mushroom caps on paper toweling on dinner plate and
microwave on medium high (70%) for 1 min., then drain and set
aside... Place bacon in medium size bowl and microwave on high Chestnut-stuffed mushrooms If you're making the coutes, it's a good idea to get them done in
advance and out of the way. You can fry them, but I think they're
much nicer baked to a crisp golden crunchiness in a slow oven. Set
the oven to 150 C (300 F, Ga Spam cheesy broccoli bake Heat oven to 350'F. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well.
Combine soup and sour cream. Add broccoli, SPAM, and rice to soup
mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread
