I just wanted to thank everyone for their inspired burrito suggestions. I
will try them all! Until then, I have come up with a surprisingly
delicio Bean burrito layers Servings: 4
Rinse lentils and beans, discarding any that look suspicious, and soak in
clean water 4 - 6 hours, or overnight. Put into medium saucepan, bring to
boil and simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Add water if necessary.
Peel and chop on Breakfast bake 1. Spray 13x9 inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Remove sausage from skillet; drain on paper towels.

mixing bowl, stir together flour, whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar,
salt, and the 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (or cardomom). Cut in the cold butter
