Directions: Cut breadfruit in sections and boil in salted water. Make cheese sauce with soup and milk. Grease baking dish. Slice breadfruit and onion thinly. Put layers of breadfruit and onion alternately in dish. Pour cheese sauce over breadfruit and onion. Dot with butter, sprinkle on breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.

Comments: A better dish might result if a proper cheese sauce were made in the usual way.
