Ingredients:
1 (1 pound) loaf day old bread ;crumbled
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
1/2 pepper
1 Cup(s) canned chicken broth; undiluted
2 eggs; slightly beaten
-1 onion; chopped
3/4 Cup(s) celery; chopped
1/2 Cup(s) butter or margarine; melted
Directions: Combine first 5 ingredie nts in a large bowl; set aside. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to bread mixture, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings. Note: Dressing is too moist to bake in turkey. _The Southern Living Cookbook_
