Add confectioners' sugar one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Spread into greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Spread peanut butter over top. Roll as for a jelly roll. Cut into slices.
Cactus candy Select prickly pear cactus (or small barrel cactus if you own this type of
cactus, since it's illegal to remove it from the desert). Remove spines and
outside layer with large knife. Cut pulp across in slices one-inch thick.
Soak overnight in Grape and walnut candy rolls Thread a needle with 2 foot length of white, heavy-duty carpet thread. Tie
a knot 8 inches from the end. Carefully string 20 walnuts. Tie a knot
after the last walnut. Tie thread ends together forming a necklace. Repeat
for remaining 20 walnuts. D Fruit nut bran bread DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients except water and yeast in bread pan. Pour water in
on top of other ingredients.
Place yeast in dispenser. Set for Bake (Light) mode.

sugar is dissolved. Increase heat and cook until thermometer registers 250
F., firm ball stage. Add butter, cook with ocassional stirring until
thermometer registers 300 Christie butterscotch candy Put margarine and morsels into the melting pan and place the pan on the
Warm/Melt area top of the oven. Heat for 15 mins. Stir gently every 5
minutes. Using a spoon, fill the candy molds with melted butterscotch.
Place the molds in the refrigerat Double bran bread Timer OR Bake (Rapid) mode may be used. Place all ingredients (except
liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close
cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press start.
Burnt sugar candy Mix milk, butter and 2 cups sugar in saucepan, heating to boiling point.
Melt 1 cup sugar in saucepan stirring constantly. Cook to soft ball stage.
Add vanilla and nuts; beat until very firm. Pour into buttered 9- inch
square pan. Yield: 40 pieces.
Butterfingers candy Cook corn syrup, sugar, & water to 310 degrees, remove from heat, stir in
warmed peanut butter until completely blended. Pour onto greased cookie
sheet and score into pieces. When cool and hard, dip into melted chocolate.
A 14-minute maple candy Cook the maple sirup, cream, and butter for 9 minutes after the boiling
point is reached. Remove from heat, add the nut meats and extract and stir
for 5 minutes. Pour into buttered pans and when cool, cut into squares.
Candy melt roses Melt candy melts according to package directions. Add heated light corn
syrup and stir until thoroughly mixed. Let set at room temperature in an
airtight plastic bag for at least 24 hours or up to one week. Candy becomes

a mixing bowl, combine honey, applesauce, vanilla, egg white, buttermilk
and apples. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking
soda, salt, cinnamon, ging Baked nut candy Beat egg whites until still. Add nuts and sugar, pour into shallow pan
greased with butter. Bake in oven until light brown. Mark into squares when
removed from oven. This will never fail unless allowed to burn.
Bran bread DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients in pan except water and yeast.
Add water on top of other ingredients. Place yeast in dispenser, close
lid, and set for Timed Bake or RapidBake.

Melt chocolate, butter and molasses together in a bowl placed over a pan of gently simmering water. Remove from heat. Add apricots, prunes and cereal t Fruit sweet and sugar free - peach oat bran muffins Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a regular size muffin tin with
lecithin spray. Toast the pecans in the oven for 7-10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Allow the nuts to cool. Then coarsely chop them with a knife
or with a pulsing actio Candy cane cookies 1. Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Beat in egg and
flavorings. 2. Combine flour and salt. Stir into first mixture. Set
aside half of
dough. Tint remaining half light red with dew drops of food
coloing. 3. Keep dough chilled for ease in handling. Pear bran muffins Prep time: 15 minutes
Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly beat the 2 large eggs.
Core and cut 1 Bosc pear into 1?4-inch dice
Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly coat with cooking spray.
Combine flour, bran, sugar substitute, cinnamon, baking soda, and Double bran citrus muffins In a large bowl, combine flour, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda
and salt. In a separate bowl, beat buttermilk, oil, egg and citrus rinds.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing until just dampened and still lumpy. Lightly
stir in dates and spoo Broken glass (hard tack candy) The following is a recipe for "broken glass", a hard candy. We often made this when I was a kid. We would flavor one batch with cinnamon oil (and color it red), and flavor another with wintergreen (and color it green).
Mix all ingredients and Bran muffins Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottoms of your muffin pan. Chop the nuts and dates. Beat the egg, then add to it cream and oil. Mix this together well, then mix in the bran and let it sit there and absorb liquid for about five minutes. In All-bran fruit loaf Soak first four ingredients together for at least 1 hour. Mix the flour in
well, and put into a greased lined loaf tin and bake for approximately 1
hour at 375F.
Notes: The cake is delicious, and served in slices with a little margarine
on. If Dak's corn-cheddar cheese-oat bran bread (bread machine) Set machines browning control to light. Put all ingredients into pan in the
order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
Christmas candy molds Prepare a saucepan with cooking spray. Add sugar, corn syrup, and water.
Bring to a boil; stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Cook to
hard-ball stage or until 300 degrees on candy thermometer. Remove from
heat; add extract and food coloring Chow mein candy clusters Melt butterscotch bits in top of double boiler. Remove from heat and
immediatesly stir in chow mein noodles until all are coated then quickly
stir in peanuts. Drop on wax paper with tablespoon. Let cool until firm.
Makes about 2 dozen.
VARIATIO Chocolate candy cookies 1. Blend
salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.
2. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
3. Stir in chocolate candies. Dough will be stiff.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie she Bran cookies Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt, baking soda,
and cinnamon. Add bran. Cream butter and sugar. Add
eggs. Beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients
alternately with milk. Add raisins. Mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking Country bran muffins Combine 40% Bran Flakes and boiling water in bowl. Let stand 10 minutes.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Cream together shortening and sugar in large mixing bowl until light and
fluffy, using electric mixer at medium speed. Add egg Peanut chocolate candy Melt all chips first. Add peanut butter. Spread 1/2 of mixture into a jelly roll pan. Put pan in the refrigerator.
Add peanuts to other 1/2 of melted chips mixture.
Combine butter, milk and pudding mix in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly Bran muffins ii Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Dissolve the soda in the milk. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat the egg well, then add the milk/soda. Add the golden syrup and butter which have been heated together to melt the butter. Add the dry ingre All bran bread - pk Mix shortening, boiling water, sugar, salt and All-Bran together. Let stand
until lukewarm.
Soak the cake of yeast in the warm water. Add the egg. mix with the above
mixture. Add flour. Place in a slightly greased bowl. Set aside to rise.
Knead All-bran seed loaf Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and seeds. In large bowl, beat together orange juice, honey, eggs and cereal. Let stand 2 minutes. Add flour mixture, stirring only until well combined. Spread evenly in greased 8.5" x 4.5" x 2" l Bran bread - abm Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and
push Start.
After the machine shuts off, wait about 5 minutes before removing.
Tested in Dak R Fruit bran muffins Preheat oven to 400^. Spray muffin tins with non-stick coating agent. Mix
bran cereal amd fruit in mixing bowl. Add milk; stir and let stand 5
minutes. Add oil and egg and mix well. Mix flour and baking powder and add
to bran mixture. Stir un Diabetic bark candy In the top of a double boiler, melt coating over hot, not boiling,
water. Add cereal and seeds. Blend together thoroughly, then pour
onto waxed paper and spread thinly. Let stand until firm. Break into
pieces.
