1/3 cup bourbon, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown
sugar, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard, 1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a ceramic or glass dish combine the bourbon, the soy sauce, the sugar,
the onion, the mustard, and the Worcestershire sauce. Use the marinade to
marinate pork, beef, or chicken in the refrigerator overnight and to baste
