Bisquick - Impossible French Apple Pie



Ingredients:
6 Cup(s) tart apple; peeled, sliced
5/12 Tablespoon(s) ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
264/5629 Gallon(s) milk
1/8 Cup(s) butter; softened
2 eggs
8 105/304 Ounce(s) sugar
1/2 Cup(s) bisquick
3 Tablespoon(s) cold butter; in pieces
2 25/32 Ounce(s) brown sugar
1/2 Cup(s) nuts (optional)
Directions: Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches. Mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg; turn into pie plate. Beat milk, 2 T butter, eggs, sugar and 1/2 cup baking mix 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 minutes with wire wisk or hand beater until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
