Directions: Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and orange peel. Mix well. Stir in cranberries and apricots. Divide dough in half, form each into a 7 x 2 inch log. Lightly spray cookie sheet with non stick spray. Place logs on cookie sheet about 4 inches apart. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Bake 30 minutes. Remove pan to cool on cooling rack for 15 minutes. Carefully remove logs to cutting board and cut logs diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange slices, cut side down, about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dry and crisp. Cook completely on cooling rack. Store in tightly covered container.

moist, light bread promises to redefine your idea of a turkey
sandwich. But don't stop there... try a slice of sharp cheddar with a

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking
sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 12- by 10-inch

Peel and dice the apples into small bits. Keep cranberries whole and fresh (do not cook). Zest one orange.
Mix Jello according to instructions but use less Cranberry/wild rice stuffing 1 c Water
1/4 c Raisins, dark or golden
5 x Green Onions, chopped
1 tb Vegetable Oil
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1 c Cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 ts Orange Rind, grated
1/2 ts Dried Thyme
