Ingredients:

1/6 Ounce(s) honey
1 small apple
4 rolled oats
1 golden raisin
2 chopped hazelnut or almond
1/2 (choose rasp/straw/blue/black) berries
Directions: Put the oats and golden raisins in a bowl, add the milk, then cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, grate the apple and stir into the oats adding the nuts and honey. Sprinkle the berries on top, add a spoonful or more of yogurt if desired, and eat immediately.
