let cool. Combine the root beer mixture with the cold seltzer water,
drink immeidately, or store in refrigerator in tightly covered

Prawn salad with basil and feta cheese Combine 1/2 cup of the olive oil with the garlic, coriander seeds and 1 cup
of the minced basil in a medium-size, non-reactive bowl. Add the prawns,
cover and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or in the refrigerator
overnight.

mustard, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Cook and stir over medium
heat until mixture thickens and boils; cook and stir one minute longer.
Remove from heat; add cheese; stir Triple cheese - poppyseed noodles GARNISH: fresh parsley sprigs, steamed broccoli florets, or steamed
asparagus spears, optional.
Boil a large pot of water; cook noodles until al dente.
While noodles are cooking, in a med mixing bowl, combine remaining

Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water. Stir into cottage
cheese mixture. Chill until it begins to thicken. Fold in 1 cup of the
green grapes. Turn into Bean and feta cheese salad Combine all salad ingredients except cheese in a large bowl. Mix gently.
Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Hungarian spiced cheese dip Strain the cottage cheese in a colander to remove the excess water then cream in a blender or food processor or with an electric mixer. Put into a bowl and add the paprika, caraway seeds, capers, mustard and green onion. Blend all of the ingredients toget Chile cheese casserole Melt oleo, add flour, add milk and cook unti thick. Drain corn and
add to eggs, and bread crumbs. Add to oleo, flour and milk mix. In a
