Directions: Rinse chicken and slice into one inch strips. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour and baking powder. Add eggs and beer. Heat oil in skillet to 375 degrees. Coat chicken in flour, dip in batter, and fry in hot oil. Turn once. Remove and place on paper towels. Keep warm until serving.
