Directions: Mix together the soy sauce, corn starch, white wine and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil and salt in a frying pan. When heated, add pea pods. Stir constantly for 1 minute. Remove pods and spread out on a platter.
Add oil and garlic to pan and cook for a 1/2 minute. Add meat and marinade. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Return pods to pan and cook entire mixture for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
