Ingredients: 1/3 beans, refried 2 salsa 1 tortilla 1/4 chili powder 1 cooking spray 1 sauce, tomato 3 loin cut beef, steak |
Directions: 1. Slice beef into strips.
2. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high; stir-fry beef until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Remove to plate and reserve. In same skillet, mix tomato sauce, salsa, re-fried beans and chili powder.
4. Cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes; add beef and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
5. Spoon mixture down center of tortilla(s) (if meal plan calls for more than one tortilla, divide beef mixture evenly), roll up and serve.

Three bean salad 2 In a bowl, combine beans, onion, and bell pepper.
In a screw-top jar combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed, mustard,
and garlic. Cover and shake well. Pour over vegetables, stir lightly.
Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours, stirring often.
Bean pasta primavera Combine 1 1/2 c beans, stock and roasted peppers in food proc. Blend
until smooth and creamy. Fold in herbs, and season with cayenne or
paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
