Directions: Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen.
In 2-quart saucepan, heat frozen mix, water, olives and chili powder to
boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is
thawed, about 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 375'. Layer half each of the tortillas, meat mixture and
cheese in ungreased baking dish, 11 3/4x7 1/2x1 3/4 inches; repeat.
Bake uncovered until bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes.

heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer
until lentils are just tender, about 25 minutes. Drain; transfer to
large bowl. Cool.

Peel and slice potatoes.

2) In a large bowl, combine 1/2 of the chili sauce mixture, ground beef or

paste, buttermilk, and oil. Toss pureed avocado with 1 tablespoon lemon
juice to hold the color. Enchilada sauce Saute onions and garlic in oil. When tender, add to boiling broth. Mix all other ingredients with chili sauce to make a heavy paste. Reduce with some of the broth to pouring consistency, to avoid lumping, and gradually stir into hot broth. Stir 5 minutes, Spiced lentil casserole Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, saute chili, turmeric and asafetida in oil for 2
minutes.
Add scallions, bell pepper, garlic and cabbage and saute for 5 minutes.

2. Place beef in pan and cook until desired temperature.
3. Add mushrooms and scallions and saute for about a minute.
4. Pour in Brandy (be careful as Brandy will flame if skillet is very hot).
5. After flame is gone add res Creamy beef curry 1. In a skillet eat oil over med-high. Add beef, in batches, brown. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Reduce heat to med. Add onions and cook till softened. Add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, peppercorns, card. pods, cloves, and Macaroni beef stew #1 Heat oil in dutch oven until hot. Add beef and brown
#2 Add all reamining ingredients except macaroni . Mix well, cover and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender
#3 Stir in macaroni. Cook uncovered over medium heat 8-10 minutes or untl macaroni is Chicken supreme casserole Combine above ingredients except cheese and crumbs. Spread in a
lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese and bread
crumbs. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes.
Spicy beef curry stew 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the beef on all sides. Remove from skillet, reserving juices, and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir the garlic, ginger, and jalapeno in the skillet for 2 minutes, until tender, and se Chicken curry casserole Mix soups, lemon juice, curry and mayo. Layer in 2 qt. casserole dish: 1/2 rice, 1/2 chicken/ 1/2 broccoli and 1/2 soup. Then repeat.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove casserole and top with cheese. Let stand.
