Ingredients:

Directions: 1. Put frying pan on medium heat. Add olive oil. 2. Add beef and cook until browned on the outside. 3. Add onions and cook for 3-4 minutes 4. Add mushrooms for a few minutes 5. Add wine, water, and basil. 6. Turn down heat and simmer until mushrooms are limp. (15-20 minutes) 7. Mix flour and sour cream in bowl. Fold into simmered liquid.
