Directions: Rub beef with garlic, pressing garlic into meat. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper, and sugar. Thread beef onto skewers. Set aside.
Combine lemon juice and soy sauce; brush over meat. Grill or
broil 3 to 4 inches from heat until browned on all sides.
Combine 2 tablespoons garlic, peanut butter, 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
3 tablespoons soy sauce, cayenne, and hot water ingredients,
beat to blend. Serve with beef skewers.

Beef and vegetable soup #1 STOCK: Wash soup bones in cold water, place in large kettle
and cover with cold water, about 4 pints. Bring to a boil
slowly, skimming when necessary. Add vegetables, peppercorns,
herbs and salt. Cover and simmer 2-3 hours. Strain Broiled beef liver I love liver. One of my favorite ways to prepare it is broiling. I place
the liver on the broiler pan, cover it with bottled french dressing and
broil about three minutes. Turn it over, cover with more dressing, and
broil another three minutes.
Beef barley soup Layer in a slowcooker. Cover with 5 cups of water. Do not stir. Cook 9-11 hours.
Marinade for beef steaks Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate beef at room temperature
for 1 to 2 hours before grilling.
