Directions: 1. Trim all fat from steak.
2. Peel
&
mince garlic; place in a small bowl with vinegar, olive oil and basil.
3. Wash
&
peel carrot, parsnip, slice thinly.
4. Wash
&
thinly slice leek.
5. Place a heavy piece of aluminum foil, making sure that no leaks are possible, inside of a shallow oven-safe container.(pyrex pan)
6. Place meat on foil.
7. Stir together herb combination; spread evenly around steak.
8. Place vegetables on top of and around steaks.
9. Seal foil tightly.
10. Bake at 450F for 35 to 40 min.
