bowl, sprinkle ove them 1 T sale, 2 t sugar, 2 T white cornmeal, add
4 C boiling water and stir till salt disolved. let stand, covered, 15
hours, squeeze out potatoes. Drain l Instant potato lefse Place instant potato flakes, salt and butter in mixing bowl. Add
boilig water to milk and add to potato mixture. Mix quickly until
thick and smooth. Add just enough flour to be able to handle dough.
Knead lightly.
Form into balls and rol Potato salad monte carlo Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling, peel and dice. Mix
all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours.
Warm beef salad Cook time: 15 minutes
Instructions
Heat grill to high.
Grill steak 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5 minutes; slice thinly.
