Basil Parmesan Chicken



Ingredients:
163/2500 Pound(s) flour
39/2500 Quart(s) olive oil
4 Pound(s) chicken breast
2 dry white wine
1 1/2 dried basil
1/8 Cup(s) water
2 cooked rice
1 condensed tomato soup
Directions: Combine flour and 1 teaspoon basil. Lightly coat chicken with flour mixture. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat in hot oil cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove; set aside. Pour off fat. In same skillet combine, soup, wine, water and remaining 1/2 teaspoon basil. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green peppers and cheese. Serve with rice.
