This cinnamon-orange marinade, characteristic of Balkan cooking, is a
specialty of Georgia in south-central Russia. The tabaka marinade is
usually used with chicken and game hen, but it a Lemon soy marinade Combine, add meat and chill from 1 hour to overnight. Make enough for about
one pound of meat.
The coach house wine marinade Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
Red meats marinade* Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use as
a basting sauce also. Origin: the ktichen of Don Houston
Uncle shels badlands bbq marinade Put basil, rosemary and jalapeno pepper into a blender with some wine, blen
until herbs are chopped fine. Mix all the liquid together add the garlic,
ginger and fresh ground pepper. Mix well, let sit in a covered container in
cool place, not co White wine marinade Combine all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Cover, and refrigerate over night to allow flavors to meld. For a basic "chicken" gravy, use the above recipe, stirring in flour
at medium to low heat until desire Crab claw marinade Mix all together, pour over claws and serve.
Adobo marinade 2 Blend cumin, garlic and lime juice until smooth. Taste and season with
pepper. Marinade fish (chicken or meat) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Lemon marinade. 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 Clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon.
Ground black pepper. 30 ml 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp
dried mixed herbs.
Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
Honey-hoisin marinade Combine all the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl or blender.

stores.

Lemon and thyme marinade This is a tangy marinade, containing equal amounts of lemon juice and oil,
and is good for rich meats like chicken thighs. It can be used for chicken
breasts too, but their skin should be on for additional protection during
grilling or broiling Pollo loco marinade. *** ngvp22a Just marinate chx. in this mixture for 4 to 24 hrs., grill 20 min. on each

Dry rub spice marinade Combine all ingredients, blending thoroughly. If reserving for later use,
store in a tightly capped jar. To use, sprinkle heavily over all sides of
meat and rub in well with fingers. Let meat stand at room temperature for

Asian black bean marinade Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1/2 cup
Teriyaki marinade Mix all the ingredients in a jar. Use on beef, chicken, and pork. To give grilled meats an added glaze, use 1 1/2 times the amount of sugar called for and baste frequently during grilling so that marinade caramelizes on meats. Fresh herb and garlic marinade Whisk together ingredients in a nonreactive dish. Arrange meat in dish;
rub with marinade. Cover; refrigerate for length of time specified in
"Marinating Times" recipe, turning meat occasionally.
Remove meat from refrigerator; let it come to a Oriental chicken marinade Mix all ingredients in a zip-Lock freezer bag. Shake well and mix. Add
