turkey, and process until smooth. Scrape the mixture into a
medium-size bowl. Add the turkey and combine well with your hands
until the spice mixture is evenly distributed. Cover and refr Basic indian tomato gravy Chop the onion and sautee in ghee. In a blender, make a paste with the garlic and ginger, plus water. Add tomatoes and onion. Blend together to make a smooth sauce. Simmer on the stove for awhile. Don't add salt until you use this in other recipes. Basic hot pepper sauce Simmer vinegar, salt and peppers at least 5 minutes. Process in processor. Store in a glass bottle. Put in a dark cabinet and let age at least 3 months. Strain when ready to use.
