Add carrots, beans and snap peas; cook for 4 minutes; Drain and rinse in cold water.
Place in a bowl; add zucchini, summer squash, onions, red pepper and olives.

until browned but not cooked through. Remove sausage; cut into 16 pieces.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion, carrot and garlic to saucepan; saute 3
minutes to soften. Gradually add German potato salad (kartoffelsalat) Cook the potatoes in their jackets in lightly salted water. When the
potatoes are cooked and cool enough to handle, peel and slice them, and
drop them into a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients.
