Baked sauerkraut Mix all together. Bake 2 hours at 350 F. Will be rather dry.
Slovak sauerkraut soup 1. In large kettle bring water, potatoes, and 1/2 tsp salt to boiling; cook, covered, over med. heat till tender.
2. Add sausage, sauerkraut rinsed very well in cold water, onion, garlic, dill and caraway. Bring to boil.
3. In a small bowl mix s Hochrippe und sauerkraut (spareribs and sauerkraut) Rinse and drain the sauerkraut. Place sauerkraut in large 4-quart
casserole. Add 2 qts. hot water. Add uncooked spareribs, paprika,
bouillon cubes, caraway seeds, and pepper. Cook covered, over low heat, 3
to 4 hours. Fry floured bacon slices. Break Barbequed scallops hoisin Alternately thread the red pepper and scallops on wooden skewers, beginning
and ending with peppers.
Mix together the Hoisin, soy, sherry, and sugar. Brush the shellfish and
peppers with the sauce, coating well.
Grill the kebobs over hot coals 4 Ohio sauerkraut balls Drain and mince sauerkraut, reserve.
Brown sausage in large frying pan. Drain.
Add sauerkraut and cream cheese. Cook until cheese is completely melted.
If desired, add salt, pepper, parsley and paprika to mixture.
Chill mixture about 2 hours.
Preheat oven Barbequed ham Mix all ingredients except ham. Simmer sauce for 15 minutes. Add ham and simmer 1 hour. Serve on buns. Serves 10-15.
Overnite sauerkraut salad Mix together all ingredients. Chill in refrigator overnight. *This could
work for the diabetic IF sugar substitute is used.

Kielbasa and sauerkraut pasta 1. Boil water, add pasta and cook.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet.
3. Cook onion and bell pepper.
4. Stir in garlic and kielbasa, cook until browned.
5. Stir in sauerkraut, mustard, and cayenne. Cook 4 minutes more.
6. Stir in wine and parsley and heat thr Barbequed chicken Mix all sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken breasts in crock pot. Cook at low for 5-6 hours.
Barbequed (in a skillet) franks Mix all, except the franks, well and put in a skillet and bring to a
boil. Add franks and simmer 15-20 minutes. Tastes great and is fast.
Sauerkraut Slice the cabbage thin. It should be no thicker than a dime. Pack the
cabbage firmly in jars.
Next add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 3/4 cup warm water to each jar. Seal
the jars tightly.
The sauerkraut should be read in about 3-4 weeks.
Skewered barbequed shrimp Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat until it smokes.
Add peanut oil, then ginger, reduce heat and add garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, sherry, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and hot sauce.
