Carribean ginger pepper sauce In a saucepan, blend the salt, cornstarch, sugar, lime juice, and
pineapple juice until smooth.
Premix and gradually stir in the water, soy sauce, ginger, Jalapeno,
and Cayenne. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly unyil the
sauce is t Chili sauce meatballs Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix thouroughly. In a crock pot combine chili sauce, grape jelly, brown sugar, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce. Roll meat mixture into small meat balls. Seafood cocktail sauce This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using salsa in place
of ketchup will give it an interesting twist.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together and let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
Makes 1 1/4 Cups
