Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Boneless chuck steak
1 Clove garlic minced
1/4 Cup(s) Wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
2 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup(s) Catsup
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Dry or prepared mustard
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper |
Directions: Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide. Add
to the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour
over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
