Directions: Prepare a charcoal grill for cooking or heat your broiler (or George Foreman Grill :-).
In a large mixing bowl, use your hands to combine the ground turkey, egg white, garlic, oregano, thyme, and salt. Shape the meat into 4 patties, about 1 inch thick.
Place on the grill and cover, or put under the broiler (or on the GFG). After 5 minutes, turn the burgers over to brown the other side (not with the GFG!). After 4 more minutes, stick a sharp knife into one of the burgers. If the juice runs clear, it's done. If the juice is still pink, give it another minute or 2 and test again.
Serve in pita pockets or on hamburger buns with your favorite condiments and garnishes.

pan.
Barbecued eggplant Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Peel and cut the eggplant into 1/3-inch
thick slices. Salt the slices. Place on a rack or colander and let stand
for 30 minutes. Wipe off salt with a clean kitchen towel. Lay the slices
