Directions: Trim and discard fat from beef. Wipe meat with damp towel, then spring with garlic salt and pepper.
Prepare barbecue for direct heat. When grill is very hot, lay meat on barbecue. Cook, turning as needed, to brown evenly, until meat is rare in center or thickest part.
Transfer meat to board and cut meat across grain into thin, slanting slices.
Serve with pinquito beans, salsa, salad and garlic bread.

2) Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.
3) Roast ribs at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, turning once.
4) Prepare basting sauce. Mix all ingredients together.
5) Remove ribs Barbecued fish COMBINE ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS in a pot, place over medium heat and boil
until reduced to a thin syrup. Pour the syrup through a strainer, discard
the cooked ingredients in the strainer and chill the syrup. Place fish
steaks or fillets in a baking Barbecued beef on a bun Mix ground beet, onion, green pepper and celery in a 2 quart casserole.
Microwave at high (100%) 5 minutes. Stir to break up beef. Add 1/2 teaspoon
salt and pepper to taste. Microwave at high (100%) 8 to 9 minutes, stirring
once to break up beef. Barbecued beef in crusty rolls Mix all ingredients except beef, rolls and cheese in 1-Qt casserole. Cover
and microwave on high (100%) util hot and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes, stir.
Mix beef into sauce. Cover and microwave until beef is hot, 3 to 5 minutes
Fill rolls with beef mi Barbecued venison kabobs Combine meat, mushrooms & wine in shallow dish. Cover & marinate for 2-3
hours in the refrigerator. Remove meat & mushrooms from marinade. Alternate
vegetables & meat on skewers. Grill for 10-15 minutes over medium heat or
until de Barbecued chicken #3 Precooking the chicken in the microwave or gently poaching it on the
stovetop before finishing it on the grill ensures that the meat is cooked
through but the sauce is not charred If you like a hotter sauce, increase
the amount of chili paste.
A Barbecued short ribs of beef 1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Put them into a large bowl and
add the vinegar and soy sauce . Marinate at room temperature 1 to 2 hours,
or covered in the refrigerator overnight, turning the ribs occasionally.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 Barbecued lemon chicken The chicken can also be baked, broiled or microwaved. Marinade can be used on firm-fleshed fish such as halibut or salmon.
Arrange chicken in a medium baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. This recipe is best barbecued.
