Directions: Trim and discard fat from beef. Wipe meat with damp towel, then spring with garlic salt and pepper.
Prepare barbecue for direct heat. When grill is very hot, lay meat on barbecue. Cook, turning as needed, to brown evenly, until meat is rare in center or thickest part.
Transfer meat to board and cut meat across grain into thin, slanting slices.
Serve with pinquito beans, salsa, salad and garlic bread.
