Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir frequently to bring shrimp on bottom to

Deviled steak strips Trim any fat from meat. Cut meat into thin strips, about 2 inches long.
Coat with flour. In skillet, brown meat, onion & garlic in hot shortening.
Stir in 1 cup of the water; add tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish,
mustard, salt & pepper. Co Slow-cooked flank steak In a skillet, brown steak in oil; transfer to a slow cooker. In the same
skillet, saute onion for 1 minute. Gradually add water, stirring to loosen
browned bits from pan. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour
over the flank steak. Cover Barbecued speckled trout Wash the fish and dry with a paper towel. Make a paste fron the flour,
corn oil seasoned with salt, pepper and tabasco. Coat the fish with the
thin paste. Place over a grill over medium heat about three inches from

garlic and lemon juice. Let stand several hours or overnight. Prepare sauce

sausages all over serveral times. Add sausages and onion, cook, turning

Divide mixture in half.
Press half of seasoning evenly into both sides of the beef and set aside.
Heat oil and remaining seasoning mixture in a skillet over medium heat.

te zucchini 2-3 minutes, stirr Barbecued catfish Clean, skin, and fillet fish. Combine remaining ingredients. Baste
fish with sauce. Place fish in a well-greased, hinged fish basket.
Place on grill about 3 to 4 inches from coals. Cook 7 to 8 minutes
on each side or until fish flakes easily, Skewered swordfish w/ vegetables &fresh herbs (gr) Brush the swordfish and vegetables with the olive oil and lemon juice.
Alternate on skewers. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Prepare
the grill.
Combine the ingredients for the herb butter in a small bowl and mix well
and reserve.
Barbecued pot roast Sprinkle salt over the roast and place in crock pot. Spread tomato paste over meat, imbed peppercorns into paste, top with onions and worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. Serve meat with accumulated gravy.

to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 18 minutes for medium doneness, turning
once. Cut beef across grain into thin slices.
