Directions: Combine all ingredients except butter in a large bowl, toss gently to mix
well. Divide vegetable mixture in half. Place each half in center of a 12
x 12" piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Dot vegetables with butter. Bring
corners of foil together to form a pyramid, twist to seal. Grill foil
packets over medium hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables are
tender. Serve immediately.

a fold down the centre.

2. Bake at 400 degrees fro 35 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve w Barbecued fish margarita Place fish in a non-aluminum dish large enough to hold it in a single
layer. Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, salt, garlic, and 2t oil
and pour over the fish, rubbing all over. Cover and marinate for 1/2 hour
at room temperature or up to 3 Orzo and rice pilaf with vegetables Heat oil and butter in a deep 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high
heat until foam subsides, then saut orzo, stirring constantly, until
golden brown, about 1 minute. Add onion, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, and
pepper and saut, stirring occasionall Barbecued beef short ribs Put all the ingredients, except the cooked rice, into a crockpot and mix
well. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over hot rice, noodles, etc. if
desired.
Confetti rice 1. Place rice, vegetables and broth in a small pot with tight-fitting lid.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover tightly and reduce heat to medium low; cook for about 18-20 minutes, or until water has been absorbed and rice is tender, but not mushy.

1. In small shallow baking dish, mix first seven ingredients. Cover an Barbecued pork ribs w/apricot-chutney glaze 1) Several hours before cooking meat, cut orange in half. Rub juice on each
rack of ribs. Allow to marinate until cooking time.
2) Combine all other ingredients. Bring to simmer in a small saucepan.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Set asid Braised vegetables Prepare the vegetables. Put the first four vegetables in a pot with
the stock & bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add the green pepper during the last two minutes. Drain & reserve
the stock.
Heat the oil in a Barbecued vietnamese five spice cornish game hens This aromatic barbecued game hen can be easily served Western style
with rice, coleslaw or a green salad. [But it would be better with Thai cucumber salad or Vietnamese carrot salad.]

Lobster and confetti vegetable salad Place mustard in small bowl. Whisk in 2 tablespoons vinegar and orange
juice. Gradually whisk in oil. Mix in tarragon, shallot and orange peel.
Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
