Piquant thai dipping sauce From "Pacific Flavors" by Hugh Carpenter. (Stewart, Tabori and Chang,
1990).
In a small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, lime juice, brown sugar,
chili sauce, garlic, mint and lime peel. Bring to a low boil, reduce
heat to a simmer Whole crispy brook trout with mango-pineapple sauce and spicy chinese long beans Mix the flour with the spices. Dredge the trout and deep-fry at 375 degrees until golden brown. Season with salt. Repeat process with the onions. On an oval plate, place a small mound of the long beans and top with trout. Encircle with sauce. Garnish with Plum barbecue sauce * Plums should be drained, pitted and finely chopped.

Marinara sauce Heat oil. Ad garlic and stir over low heat for five minutes. Add tomatoes and herbs - simmer for 15 minutes. If too acidic, you can add a pinch of baking soda (if needed). Cook five more minutes. Add sugar to sweeten a bit if desired. Remove basil stem a White wine pasta sauce with chicken Brown chicken.
Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will do.
