Directions: Into baking pan measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add
oil, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Insert pan securely into unit; close
lid.
Select "Cake" setting; press "Start." When beep sounds after about 5
minutes, add mashed banana and nuts.
Press "Start" again. The "Complete" light will flash when cake is done.
Using hotpads, remove pan from unit; pull out kneading rod. Turn bread out
onto cooling rack. Cool; slice thinly to serve. Makes 1 5x4-inch loaf.
Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread: Prepare bread as above through "Cake"
setting. When beep sounds, add mashed banana and 1/3 cup chopped chocolate
chips. Omit nuts. Continue as directed.
NOTE: When I don't have sour cream, I have substituted buttermilk and it
works just as well. I haven't tried the banana-chocolate chip bread!

This soft yellow bread is reminiscent of your favorite poppy seed
muffin, but versatile enough to take you from breakfast to dessert.
Start the day enjoying it with a touch of sweet butter on a
freshly-toasted slice. Savor with tea Al forno's chocolate bread pudding Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a shallow six cup casserole
or a large long shallow pan. Line pan with one layer of bread slices. Heat
the heavy cream over moderately low heat until hot but not simmering. Beat
the eggs with the suga Corn bread mexican style Preheat oven 350. Grease and flour 8 inch round baking pan.
Beat eggs and oil together in a large bowl until they are well
blended. Drain and chop chiles and trim the corn away from cob <if

Heat a skillet & add a little vegetable oil. Fry each crepe on both
