1 8 oz sour cream
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F . Cream butter and sugar. Add bananas one at a time. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Add sour cream. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes until golden brown. May take longer. Let sit 10 minutes in pan on wire rack. Take out of pan. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with icing.
