half. Pat dry on paper towels. Heat the butter and oil, add the
mushrooms and onions and saute until nicely brown, stirring
occasionally. Add the chicken livers and cook for 5 to 6 minutes Lemon butter glazed chicken Coat chicken in a small amount of flour, shake to remove excess. Melt
butter in a non-stick frypan. Add chicken breasts and saute each side
until lightly browned. Add water, lemon juice and chicken bouillon
