Directions: Peel potatoes and cut them into quarters. Boil potatoes with a dash of salt in the water until soft. Remove them from water and add potatoes back into pan. Mash potatoes with mixer blades and add milk, butter, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt and continue mixing until it is a smooth somewhat loose consistency. Pour potato mixture into 13x9 pan and add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted.
